Rice In The Alicante


When we speak of rice and Mediterranean diet comes to paella, but the most traditional area has rice and where rice is prepare the best Alicante (which I am not angry any Valencian). And a typical recipe, not so well known is how the paella rice to Alicante.

Rice main ingredients to Alicante:

When they have gone from 15 to 20 minutes, remove the pan from heat and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
