How I made $ 13 000 with a single article
Ten years ago I wrote an article (The Big Bang campaign) which was collected by the mayor on-line ezines. Within a month that the article brought in $ 13.000 business value. This article was published not only in nearly a thousand of ezines online, but it was also collected and published in business magazines. You know, the kind you buy at Barnes and Noble. This article is still being published today. How did I do?
First, ten years ago there were only a handful of ezine directories, but there were thousands of ezine publishers. I decided to concentrate my efforts on ezine publishers, and that is where you should direct your efforts now. The important thing to remember is that the large ezine publishers do not have time to go sifting through a pile of articles in hundreds of directories to find you! They should not because they have already targeted to receive articles by e-mail from writers like you. Do not wait for a back-link to go straight to the source! (It is also likely to have a back-link, as well as many ezine publishers to publish their articles on their websites as well as sending them to subscribers via e-mail.)
The articles submitted to ezine editors should:
1. Include a title that catches their attention and that of their readers.
2. Be at least 400 words long, but not more than 1000 words.
3. Be spell checked! Reread your article to make sure it flows and makes sense.
4. Be submitted in plain text.
Do not just download your item in an e-mail and send it to editorial. Address your e-mail directly to the editor by name and write a little email to them. Ask for consideration for publication in their ezines and then tell them why their readers will benefit from your article. Give them specific reasons for wanting to publish their work. Also, be sure to ask them to respond to you should select your article for publication. When they do, be sure to thank them and then put the editor in a separate list of publishers who have taken the job. While you want to continually subject to new publishers, always submit new articles for publishers who have published your articles. Moreover, if a publisher really loves your article could be asked to write a weekly column.
To have your articles published in ezines give you instant credibility. It tells readers that you are an expert in its field and is the equivalent of getting the thumbs up by ezine owner. Your click through rate will skyrocket and the percentage of purchasers will be much higher. Instead of hoping buyers will decrease by a particular web site, your item will be downloaded directly into their e-mail through the ezine that you have posted.
It 'really does not matter what you're selling, it only matters that you choose ezines in the same category as the subject of the article and the articles that are sent to the editors are of the highest quality. Do not use the contents of rehashed. Send original work....
