Material: The basic element of hiking and trekking is footwear. Even though for walking along a road in good condition for a few hours, any comfortable shoes serves, when we walk all day, and our route, we pass the same paths, rock, thick undergrowth and many other kinds of land, it must move to a more appropriate footwear. If you are going through areas with water or snow, it is advisable to be a shoe that does not let the water and that in turn is breathable. The backpack is another basic element of our material. For day trips will not need anything special, just because it will put it, some food, water, a hat and according to the season, a jacket and a raincoat. It is important that the bag is as comfortable as possible. Other essential elements include map and compass. The mobile phone can be an important element in case of loss or accident.
