Shopping in Madrid: What The Best Market In Spain?


If you're in Madrid and want to do some nice shopping, do not miss the flea market in Madrid. This is one of Spain's most famous markets. Its name means "way" and was so named because the route is the same that was used to bring aninamles slaughtered in the past to Tanners Bank Street, where the skins are tanned and Fabricano. You can continue the walk through the Rastro in Madrid until you reach Calle Fray Ceferino Gonzalez, which is known as the street of the birds that used to be stores selling and exchanging all types of pets, from parrots to cats, turtles and hens. For now, the animals were still selling, but no more than in the past. However, the number of stalls selling accessories for the hunting of birds have increased.

You'll find food vendors and drinks if you get thirsty or hungry. We must also go to Carlos Carnero Arniches Street, where businesses find and old books. But if you are more than comic books, magazines and stickers, go to Rhodes Street and Calle General Vara del Rey, where you can buy games and software, too.

Therefore, the Rastro in Madrid is a large flea market where you can find anything you upuedas imagine. It's actually a symbol of the city and is a must visit. Do not miss it!
